The 2018-2019 year officially kicks off 42nd year of serving the Collin County community! Junior League of Collin County (JLCC) members are committed to continuing our lasting legacy and making positive change across Collin County. Whether you’re looking to volunteer, develop your skill set, or donate money to a great cause, JLCC has just the right activities for you!

We invite you to join in our efforts to support the Collin County community, so please mark your calendar for these fall events:

  • Nonprofit Excellence Workshops, September 27; October 18; and November 15, 2018. JLCC offers free trainings to our community partners throughout the year. The first Nonprofit Excellence Workshop of the year, on September 27, will focus on Corporate Giving and Social Responsibility. A panel of community leaders will discuss how nonprofits can partner with corporations in our area.
  • North Texas Facing Family Violence Conference, October 17-19, 2018. JLCC and the Collin County Council on Family Violence put on this 3-day conference helping professionals gain insight how to best handle victim response, mental health and trends in criminal justice response. Professional CEUs are available to attendees.
  • ‘Neath the Wreath, November 8-11, 2018. JLCC’s largest fundraiser is the perfect opportunity to shop for a great cause. This holiday market features over 100 carefully selected merchants selling everything from unique home and holiday décor, jewelry, ladies clothing and more. You’ll definitely find the perfect gift for your friends and family, or even yourself. Plus, proceeds help fund our JLCC mission of developing the potential of women and improving our community.

JLCC has additional events specifically for members, including various professional trainings, volunteer opportunities, book clubs, networking opportunities, and social events in the community. We invite you to learn more about membership by contacting membershipinfo@jlcollincounty.org or visiting here.

Thanks for joining us this year as we continue to make a positive change in our local community.
