LANCIA A. HERZOG is an executive at Bank of America, leading a large mortgage servicing transformation effort. In her current role, she leverages her technical and operational experiences in a variety of industries to deliver best in class project management activities.
Lancia joined the Junior League of Collin County in 2002 as a Provisional, and is currently serving the league as a Sustainer. She has held many leadership roles, including Nominating Director, during her league tenure. Over the past 10 years, Lancia has been a Master Trainer for the JLCC offering leadership and facilitation courses, including classes prepared by Interaction Associates. Additionally, she is a certified Facilitator supporting a variety of non-profit organizations.
Lancia graduated from Boston University where she majored in Mechanical Engineering. She also earned an MBA in Economics from Cameron University European Division. Lancia is currently the President of the National Charity League Golden Corridor chapter, a previous board member of the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as well as the Boston University Alumni Admissions Group. Residing in Plano, Texas, Lancia is married to her college sweetheart, and has an 15 year old daughter and a 4 year old son.
