These workshops are developed and hosted by members of our Training and Education Council for our community partners. They are free and open to the public. All workshops are held at the Junior League of Collin County office at 5805 Coit Road in Plano.
What started as a Junior League of Collin County initiative and workshop in November 1999 flourished into an active Council of more than sixty community partners. These member-partners represent all areas of the community, including local and state government, law enforcement, education, faith and social services, health care, legal, and workplace organizations. JLCC and Council members have partnered, pooling resources, building formidable intellectual capital, and pushing forward to unearth best practices in a gallant effort to improve life in Collin County
The Junior League of Collin County (JLCC) provides financial support to agencies throughout Collin County. The purpose of the Agency Assistance Fund is to allocate money to community agencies for short-term program support and/or emergency needs.
Non-profit organizations in Collin County consistently require assistance from trained and enthusiastic volunteers. Done in a Day orders this much-needed volunteer support for community projects that can be accomplished in an evening or over a weekend.
Non-profit Excellence Workshops are developed and hosted by members of the JLCC Training and Education Council for our community partners. They are free and open to the public.
