We will focus on the donor pipeline — and learn more about how engagement metrics can be used to accelerate the donor journey and drive fundraising revenue.

Donor stewardship and the Donor Journey Map will be an emphasis as well.

PRESENTER: Tamika Jackson

Tamika Jackson is a Dallas Native Community Catalyst with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit and local government sectors for over fifteen years. Tamika obtained her bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, and completed her Master of Public Leadership from the University of North Texas at Dallas.

Her areas of expertise are social services, homelessness support, housing assistance, donor engagement, social media, volunteer management, community engagement and outreach, public speaking, and philanthropy.

Tamika is also very passionate about networking and building strategic partnerships that formulate change within the community. She has served those in the community by providing academic resources and by bringing awareness to social issues. Her ultimate aim is to help others prevail through social injustices by bridging the gap between humanity and humility.

Tamika has also led community-building workshops on effective donor stewardship and relationship building. She is instrumental in navigating community resources in support of community needs. Her work in the community has involved always going above and beyond to assist community members, consumers, and her colleagues with resources that would help them become successful.
