These workshops are developed and hosted by members of our Training and Education Council for our community partners. They are free and open to the public. All workshops are held at the Junior League of Collin County office at 5805 Coit Road in Plano.
Join us for our next Non-Profit Excellence Workshop on Thursday, March 21st beginning at 9:00 a.m. The topic is How Healthy Conflict Can Promote Inclusion presented by Lancia Herzog.
Learn how your board can become stronger and more productive with the right amount and type of conflict. Over 85% of board members and workers have indicated they are fearful to raise issues in their organization. This can lead to ineffective management, missed opportunities and a disjointed team. Healthy conflict can be used to promote collaboration, increased understanding and make better decisions!
