For nearly 50 years, the JLCC has been a driving force in fostering community change, empowering women, and developing tomorrow’s leaders. We believe in the power of women to create lasting impact, and through our diverse projects, we work together to address the most pressing needs in Collin County.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP?

Eligibility
We welcome women of all backgrounds and invite you to explore how your passion, leadership, and service can elevate our community. Membership is open all women, 21+, who are committed to improving Collin County through volunteerism, leadership development, and community impact.
Time Commitment
- General Membership Meetings
- Training and Education Meetings
- Community Projects
- Fundraising Events
Because women lead very busy lives, JLCC offers daytime,evening, and weekend hours for volunteer flexibility. More information will be made available at the Info Sessions.
Financial Obligations
- Provisional Fee – $100 (one-time fee)
- Membership Dues – $140
- Fundraiser Contribution – $35
